receiveByCorrelationId resets MessageReadPropertyFilter.Body?

I was using a MessageQueue like so

responseQueue.ReceiveByCorrelationId(msg.Id, responseQueueTimeout);

It turns out that this sometimes resets the MessageReadPropertyFilter.Body
to false, even though I set it to true and want it to be always true.

I have multiple threads accessing the above receive by correlation and have
had to temporarily stick a synchronization block around the setting of the
MessageReadPropertyFilter.Body to true and
responseQueue.ReceiveByCorrelationId

I don't want that though as now threads are blocking on the synch block and
so if they have a response waiting, they can't get to it until the guy ahead
of him gets his which I clearly don't want.

thanks for any advice on this.
