Creating standard XP menu

In Visual C# I can create two types of menus, a MenuStrip (which creates a
blue menu like in Office 2003) and a MainMenu (which creates a traditional
Win9x style menu). I want to create one similar to that of Visual C# itself,
which is grey rather than blue and only turns blue when you mouseover the
menu items but otherwise has a grey/white scheme. I have tried using a normal
MenuStrip and then changing the colour, but all you can change the colour of
is the background which leads me to believe that there is a different Toolbox
control for this type of menu.
