Is there is a way to use sendkeys to send out Host+Del? thanks

I want to send out keysequence Host+Del (Host=right alt), but I found there
is no right alt defined. I could not find right alt in virutal key list of
kbd_event in user32. Any idea how can I archive that?

Thanks!
