how can i create callback function in mixeropen?

I wrote a AP, when user adjust the volume from volume control, will inform my
AP,
in mixeropen, parameter 3 is Handle to a window called when the state of an
audio line and/or control associated with the device being opened is changed.
Any sample code to implement the callback functon?
