Losing color in open and save windows

I wrote a win32 app on XP and when I take it to W2K it works but when I
open the openFileDialog and saveFileDialog windows the icons for
History, Desktop, etc on the left side of the window are black. I
recompiled on the W2K computer and get the same result, any ideas???
