How to pass a table or cursor or XML to Oracle stored procedure

Hi,

I am trying to send set of rows from my c# web service to Oracle stored
procedure.
I think I can get this done using OpenXML in SQL Server.

How to implement this in Oracle Stored Procedure?

Can I pass a table or cursor or XML to Oracle stored procedure?

By the way, my data is in a strongly typed Dataset, I have to somehow send
the set of rows to Oracle Stored procedure.

Please help me out here with any relevant information you have got.

Thanks
