Implementing Context Sensitive Help in C#

I'm not certain if this is the proper place to post this, but here it

I must be missing something really obvious and am adminttedly a newbie w/
Help systems, I cannot get help to work as desired in C#. I've tried
Help.ShowHelp everyway I can think of (as well as the HelpProvider), but to
no avail. I have a simple C# (DevStudio 2003) windows forms test app with a
couple controls on it. How do I get the following help behavior?

Select a control, press F1. The Help window appears with the Contents tab
selected on the left side with the appropriate topic highlited as well, and
the appropriate topic actually appears on the right side of the help window.

I've tried MS's example Help App, but it doesn't demonstrate this. The
closes thing to this I can make happen is to do it via KeywordIndex. This is
not desirable, 1) because it necessitates making the controls' keywords
appear in the index, 2) it highlites the Index tab... not the Contents tab.
It would seem the need for ContextID's is the way to go, but that isn't an
option either since the HelpNavigator enum does not include TopicId's. If
you try and use a value of 15 for this parameter in Help.ShowHelp (w/ the
appropriate cast) then when the Help window appears, the left side portion
that normally shows the Contents, Index and Search tabs is missing.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
