Event order

I currently have a screen with a bunch of panels on it that are made
visible one at a time, in order (so that clicking the Next button
cycles through them).

One of these panels needs to pop up a messagebox when the next button
is clicked, while it's still visible. I would have thought the right
way to do this would be to handle the nextButton.Click event from
within the panel. However, it has to do this _before_ the panels own
nextButton.Click processing takes place, otherwise the panel has
already been changed by the time the dialog box has been changed.

There doesn't seem to be any way to set the order that the event
handlers are called, so I'm reluctantly abandoning tying this onto the
nextButton.Click and adding a new event called AboutToMoveToNextPanel
(or something similar). Is this the right way to go?

All advice gratefully received.
