If I had a question about designing and architecturing a software which
newsgroup is the most appropriate one for that?

Ray,

comp.object used to be the place where all the gurus came.
Also if you are allowed too, try to follow comp.lang.c++.moderated.
It has every new programming language feature on the planet first.
