Launching Access Reports via C#/WinForms app and pass in required db Connection String

I have a WinForms App that is launching an Access 2003 db Reports
program. I am using the System.Diagnostics.Process object to do so.

I thought that I could pass my db connection string to Access using the
Process.StartInfo.Arguments with the /cmd switch like so.

System.Diagnostics.Process i = new System.Diagnostics.Process();
i.StartInfo.WorkingDirectory = "C:\\ACAReports";
i.StartInfo.FileName = "Reports.mdb";
i.StartInfo.Arguments = "/cmd \"ODBC;Driver={SQL
Server};Server={[ServerName]};Database=[db name];{User ID}=[user
id];Password=[password];\"";
i.Start();

This launches Access fine but when I attmpt to access the connection
string argument via the Command method in Access/VBA, it is empty.

Additionally, if I run the following from the Dos Command line, all
works fine.

"C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office11\Msaccess.exe"
"C:\ACAReports\Reports.mdb" /cmd \"ODBC;Driver={SQL
Server};Server={[ServerName]};Database=[db name];{User ID}=[user
id];Password=[password];
