Problem in Including Crystal Reports Decision while making a setup

hi,

this is regarding the Problem in Including Crystal Reports Decision while
making a setup project.
when i make a new setup project to make the setup kit for my c# exe then due
to its dependency for crystal reports, its automatically includes the crystal
report assembly. and at end i find the msi file for my project. thats perfect.

then this setup kit installs to any other computer who has the latest dot
net framework version. after successful installation, i found that the
winform who have crystal report viewer doesn't load correctly. it gives error
in crystal's keycode.dll and said that invalid keycode or dll not found. i've
checked that the specified dll is in right place then i dont understand that
whats the problem in the setup kit.
