Socket object from a C socket fd?

I'm calling a C dll via interop to get a FD of a socket. Is it possible
to create a .NET Socket object from this file descriptor? Since the
Socket class is probably just some sort of wrapper around the C socket
functions I hope this is possible somehow.

Thanks,
Christoph Brüser
