Refactor! for Vis Studio 2k3 (C#) Demo Exists?

Does anyone know if a Demo exists of Refactor! for Vis Studio 2k3 (C#)? It
looks like you can order the full version for $99, but I was wondering if you
could demo it before. Anyone have any ideas?
