another quick question about using the betas

I know if I use any 2005 version, I'd have to update to .NET 2.0 right?
Would I have to uninstall 1.1 first? Is 2.0 stable?

It seems like an unstable .NET is a much bigger problem than an unstable
Express Edition, since it's just one program.

John,

Yes
Would I have to uninstall 1.1 first?
No, they can both be installed.

Is 2.0 stable?

Reasonably so, but it's still a beta product.

You can have both 1.1 & 2.0 installed together, but you must uninstall
any previous beta of 2.0 before installing a newer beta.

Ok, so I'd still be able to use any software that requires .NET 1.1, and
2.0 wouldn't interfere?
