Monitor Scheduled tasks

I'm looking to write a windows service that will monitor scheduled tasks on a
server and perform a bunch of operations after they complete(or fail). Does
anyone have any good links on hooking or monitoring the windows task
scheduler in c#? I don't need to add/remove tasks etc, just watch for tasks
to kick off, complete etc.
