C# and users in Interbase db

Hi

I'm writing a C# application which will work on Interbase DB and I came
across a problem. I would like to menage users of the database from my
application. I found .Net provider which had this functionality but it
looks like its only for firebird or interbase 6.0.

Do you know how can I create/modify/delete users in interbase db from c#
application? Maybe there is some component for Interbase? Or maybe a
simple sql command would be enough? (I found one but it didn't work)
Thanks in advance for any help

best regards
