C# displaying a help file using F1

I have written a deskband and I am trting to display my own help file. This
works fine for the deskband, when it's in focus; but I also want to include
a popup context menu. The working part is as follows:

else if (e.KeyCode == Keys.F1)
{
System.Windows.Forms.Help.ShowHelp(this, @"C:\PFPS\Help\
SecurityBanner.chm");
}
This wass added to a click event that checks for alt-F4.

I put this in Form_Load in an attemp to solve my problem, but the
SetShowHelp() will only take a control.

this.SSBhelp = new System.Windows.Forms.HelpProvider();
this.SSBhelp.SetShowHelp(this.ContextMenu, true);
this.SSBhelp.HelpNamespace = @"C:\Myproject\Help\Deskband.chm";
