Make a DLL from a .CS file

Title says it all really, how can i make a dll from a .cs file (or class)?

Presuming you have vs then..
new project >> c# >> class library

will have class1 in it.
rename to whatever.. add methods etc.. then compile(build)
you can use add existing class if you already have your .cs file and
just delete class1.
