importing namespaces in C# Scripting

Hi,

When I write the statement "using System.Runtime.InteropServices" in script
block of C# Client side scripting, it gives me error?

I could write <%@Import directive in Server Side ASP.NET Script but what
about client side?

and what about scripting in xsl ? why 'using' directive doesnt work?
any help would be really appreciated.
