datagridview datetime format

Hi,

I query Access database with dataGridview using the code listen hereafter.
The problem is that the datetime format is not displayed as it is set in my
machine. It is displayed in american format and even without the am/pm, so
strange.

How can I set it to display like set in machine, and/or how can I manipulate
the display of fields in general ?
