Application Executable

Hello,

How can I get the executable file for an application installed on my
computer? I've obtained a installed programs list through Windows registry
(HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Un install), but I need
associated icon and executable for each application.

Thanks.
Víctor
