FIleLoadException on a network drive..

P: n/a
hi..

i'm using windows 2003 server as a develop machine with VS.NET 2003

all my source code and dll are on a network share on novell server.

when i try to run a project which use microsoft exception blocks (that
dll's are on the same path meaning also on novell) i get
FileLoadException - can't access file being used by another process.
(it's not i've copied the entire directory to a new location and it
starts right on the first line).

if i copy the entire project to a local directory it's ok.

i've given permission in dot net secruity on full trust to intranet and
then later on to internet code which didn't help
