Drawing images and see by people in the same network or internet?

Hi,

I need some ideas to get this started.

Just say i draw a UML diagram and all my friends who in the network (just
say 3 people), can see the diagram. So it must be real time.

I know how to send text messages, but how does graphics works in this
scenario. It is not sending images over to everyone, but drawing on the fly
and everyone can see i draw that uml diagram.

Any tips please like online samples or snippets to get me started?

Thank you.
