Documentation wiki for HtmlEditor

I've set up a documentation wiki for the HtmlEditor, a C# control which
wraps Mshtml:

http://www.itwriting.com/htmleditor/docwiki

It's still very early days; but I expect a lot of the material will be
relevant to anyone working with Mshtml.
