RefEdit Control in an Excel Add-in

I am developing an Add-in for Excel using C#. Can we
use a RefEdit control in a C# Windows Form? I tried to
insert it and it didn't respond. If we can use a RefEdit
control, where can I find an example of its use?

Thanks,
Gordon
