richtextbox to display web-style link

How can I display a web-style link without explicit wirting the URL? It does
work when I wrote a URL for example:www.microsoft.com in the richtextbox.
However, I want to show is a URL link microsoft which links to
www.microsoft.com. Is there any method I can call?
