Accessing HTML Controls from a Codebehind file

I am using ASPX with a C# Codebehind file in VS .NET 2003 Enterprise.
what im trying to do is after the user logs in depending on the rights i
will display one of two pages inside my frameset. Any input would be
greatly appreciated
