data object to bind to RadioButtonList

Does anyone know of a data object that when bound to a RadioButtonList would
properly populate the ListItem.Value and ListItem.Text properties ?

I was using a NameValueCollection ...

however, the "Value" property of each collection item is populated to both
ListItem.Name and ListItem.Value for each ListItem in RadioButtonList.Items.

The "Key" of each collection item is not used.
