How to change unmanaged C++ struct from c#?

I am trying to modify values of data members of a structure (100 data
members) created by unmanaged C++ DLL from c#.
[C++]
// Shared Memory IO
typedef struct
{
int uBit;
int uBitStatus;
int uChannel;
char szDescription[50];
} SM_IO, *SMP_IO;

/......./
SMP_IO smpmachineIO;
CreateSharedMemory( PAGE_READWRITE, 0, sizeof(SM_IO), "IOMemory", (LPVOID*)
&smpmachineIO);

Please help. Thanks.
