Exceptions Dialog Box

In the Exceptions Dialog Box under 'If the exception is not handled' i have
checked off the 'Continue' option which allows execution to continue If the
exception is not handled.when i run my code using VS.Net ,this works fine.
However if i run the code outside VS and the exception is not handled the
program will 'Break' and you will get the exception dialog asking you if you
would like to 'Quit' or 'Continue'.
Is it possible to have the program 'continue' upon encountering an unhandled
exception without getting the exception dialog while running the code outside
of VS(as is possible if you are running the code within VS)?

TIA

Vinny
