In article <em**************@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl>, codewizard@
012.net.il says...
I have a singleton remote object hosted by window service
and an ASP.NET client which connect to the remote object
though I am returning null from the InitializeLifetimeService()
it seems that the lease expired.
here is my code:
public class MySingleton : MarshalByRefObject
{
public override object InitializeLifetimeService()
{
return null;
}
}
In the ASP.NET I am calling
RegisterWellKnownClientType in the Application_Start event
and I am getting a reference to my server using a call to
Activator.GetObject
Thanks in advance.
Would you explain what means "it seems"? Use TrackingServices and
ITrackingHandler in order to confirm that the object expires.
