find closing xml tag

P: n/a
Hello,
I want to run in a loop untill I find a closing tag : for example I want
to read the xml file untill I see </file> tag. Which function in c#
determines that?
Thank you very much!

Hi Juli
I guess what you are looking for is the do - while statement . you will
but the logic that indicate your required tag is found with in the while
clause condition

Hello,
I can't access the link you've sent me.
Ok,I will do it with do while but what is the function to detect
specific closing tag?
Thanks a lot!

That link is written across two lines, something that happens often with
long links. Paste the parts together and try again.

What you may want is to use XmlDocument. This class is designed to
handle xml files and uses the "node" concept.
