Parse through classic ASP with C#?

I would like to write an application that i can load up a classic asp
page and parse the file looking for unclosed quotation marks or the
presence of an ID tag or even casing within the asp code. Is this
possible, and if so, are there any code examples or a place where
someone can point me in the direction of? At work we have tons and
tons of asp files and we (I) need to parse them all looking for things
to check agains our standards and i would like to just write something
to do it. Any ideas? Thanks A LOT...

I would look into Regular Expression to do this kind of job.

It's a relatively complex topic...

The best starting point I can think of:
