Label over tabControl?

P: n/a
How can I place a label in FRONT of the tabs on my tabControl? I have three
tabs in my tabControl and I want to make some use of the space to right of
them. But when I try it puts the label behind the tabControl. I have tried
"send to back" and "bring to front" but they don't seem to help - maybe I am
using them wrong.

I've just used your app that I downloaded to add a tab control, then add a
few tab pages. I moved the label description over the tabs and pressed bring
to front and it worked fine.

If there is space to the side of the control why should the label obscure
it?
Wouldn't it be better to resize the tab crontrol so the only thing your
label is in front of is the background to the main form?
