Bug or feature?

Hi,

I'm developing an exe Visio add-on using C#. I included a deployment
solution to facilitate the installation of my software. There I need to store
the [TARGETDIR] variable of my setup proyect in to the visio addon's path:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\11.0\V isio\Application\Addonspath

I created a console application that insert/deletes keys from the registry.
The application takes the command line arguments, parses them, and
inserts/deletes the key in/from the registry. From the command line, it works
quite well. I do
something like this:

regKey /register /path="C:\Program Files\Foo Product"

But then on the solution project I add first "regKey.exe" to the
"Application Folder" of my solution. Then I add an install custom action with
"regKey.exe". On the action properties I add:

Arguments: /register /path="[TARGETDIR]"
InstallerClass: false

But then on the "Addonspath" key I get:
C:\Program Files\Foo Product"

Yes, there is a double qoute at the end of the path. I tried to debug the
problem by printing the Main args like this:

foreach (string argument in args)
Console.WriteLine(argument);

Then I got on the console:

/register
/path=C:\Program Files\Foo Product"

So, I just rewrote the Arguments property of my custom install action to:
Arguments: /register /path="[TARGETDIR]

I only included the starting quote and it worked, but I think it is weard.
Is it a bug?

Regards,
Josef
