Read ARJ packed Text-Files

Hello everybody,

I am learning C# and I have got a big problem with reading ARJ packed
Textfiles.
Does someone know how to read in thos ARJ - Files?

I need to extract Informations from this files.
They all text files, but compressed with ARJ.
