How to use .idl files and events

I have an idl file with interface description

interface MyInterface : IUnknown {
HRESULT WellDone( LPCWSTR szReason)
}

How can i use function of this interface as event to
C++ client.

I did somethink like this

midl my.idl ->my.tlb
tlbimp mytlb ->my.dll

then

.....
using mydll;
.....

then?
how to describe ServerClass with WellDone even?
Help please.
