regex to string html

hi there trend setters,

i'm not that strong on regular expressions, i have a string that contains
html which contains alot of tags such as:

<TD class="content">Blah blah blah</TD>

what is the expression to use to extract the "Blah blah blah" from each of
the <TD> elements ? The words will be different for each <TD> element
