creating .ics file

Hi

I am trying to create a .ics file. Problems I have with this
are.................
1. For few fields it gives me following message
A program is trying to access e-mail addressess you have stored in
Outlook.
Do you want to allow this?

2. This file is created in a specific manner. I mean entries are made
in a particalar predevined manner so that it can be read by the
Outlook calender.
Example : Start date field is added to the .ics file in the following
manner
DTSTART:20050223T16163000
How can I know the systex of all the entries of the appointment
item.

3. The .ics file that I have created here is able to populate
calender of mozilla firefox but when I try to open the .ics file
using outlook then it gives me following error message.
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot import vCalender
file."

Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Thanks
