Cannot create WebApp ??

Hi,

I get following error when creating an ASP.NET project :
named "http://localhost/WebApplication1"

--> ERROR : "URL:'http://localhost/WebApplication1', 'HTTP/1.0 503 Service Unavailable"

No error though when I create like this :
http://127.0.0.1/WebApplication1

I checked the file 'C:\WINNT\system32\drivers\etc\hosts'
where there is an entry 127.0.0.1 localhost
So, that seems to be OK.

so, what can it be ?
