thread timeouts

Hi,

I have a thread which has to be alive for more than 2
hours. I had given the "<httpRuntime
executionTimeout=14400"> in the web.config
But still the thread is aborted after 1 hour. But the
same thread is running for 4 hours in some other server
which is of same configuration. so in the first server i
guess there is some other settings which is dominant.
what could be that?

Thanks,
Lekshmi
