Exception handling Application Block

I have just downloaded the Exception handling Application Block from MSDN,
which looks great. I have run through the examples and have got stuck when
implementing my own custom handler. I want to be able to handle a custom
exception that will email the support department - I add a derived exception
and when I try to add it as a custom handler to the config, I get the
following: "there are no types found in the assembly "myassembly" that
implement or inherit from the base type
Microsoft.Practices.EnterpriseLibrary.ExceptionHan dling.IExceptionHandler. I
have followed the quick start example to the letter, can anyone point me in
the right direction Thanks

Richard
