In The RunTime

I'm Using windows Application c#
i create on the run time an array of LinkLabel in the Click Event of a
previous LinkLabel

And depending on the Item selected or Clicked of that second Array of
LinkLabel i have to
display a Certain Data

the problem is that anything created inside the LinkLabel event not seen in
the
Form constructor

as the DataSets or even the LinkLabel Array created in the run time
so when i try to use any of these items in the second link label click
it says that " NullReference" as it doesnt see the New statement which is
creating an instance of this object

beside , it even doesnt see the Function of the Second LinkLabel Click
that it tells what should be done !!

ex:
private void linkLabel_LinkClicked(object sender,
System.Windows.Forms.LinkLabelLinkClickedEventArgs e)

as if this satatement is not written !!

so how should i handel this as all my program is depending on creating
everything in runtime , &
depending of the selected Items it will tell what should be the next step

where shall i write my code to be clear on all program ??
