Rich text box won't justify text

I have a RichTextBox app that I converted from using the riched20.dll before
..net.

The old app used to be able to justify text.

I still call the windows API to set alignment to Justify but the text does
not show as justified.

Any suggestions?
Thanks

P.S.

I saw a reference to version 4.1 of the control, any info on what/where that
is would be appreciated.
