User defined object in a DataRow?

Hi, I'm toying with the idea of deriving a DataRow that will accept user
defined objects. There's a lot of business rules to be applied if the data
value is changed, I'd like to be able to do it on the fly.

Has anyone done this? Besides maintaining a parallel array of object for
each DataRow can you think of a faster/more elegant solution?
