Panels problem

i created 2 panels, each with its own controls.
If i drag panel2 over panel 1 so panel2 is partially overlaying on
panel1, and then move panel1 to the other corner on the form, panel2
will move as well., as if panel2 is part of panel1. is this normal???

Then my question::

If Form_load i make visible panel2 and hide panel1, none of the panel
is shown?? what is the reason???

Pfnus,

I assume you are talking about a windowsform.

Yes that is normal, to prevent that, do I make them temporaly smaller and
set them in the rightsize in the load event. (Where I use for panels the
dockproperty).

The reason for not showing is, that your panel2 is probably a control in the
controlcollection from panel1 and not in the controlcollection from the
form. (this).

I hope this helps?
