late binding: how to diferentiate nested classes from outer classes

Nested class, I beleive, have a plus in the fully qualified name that
delimits what belongs to it. For instance, "MyClass+MyNestedClass", or
something like that. You might have to look into this since it has been a
while since I have worked with reflection.
