Mono: .NET Frameworks SDK debugger equivalent

Hello,

Does anyone know whether there is an equivalent of the NET Frameworks
SDK debugger for C# under the Mono platform and in case there is then
what its name is from /usr/local/bin?

Thanks,

Neil
