Another Question of Automation

Well in my ever increasing quest to develop my automated testing tools I am
now to the point where I can fill out forms using axWebBrowser. I can put in
the information from a database and repeat the procedure and such. Anywho,
one of my pages throws up a "OK" box thanking the person for submitting a
form. My question is this, can I control that box that pops up by clicking
the ok button with .click() if so, how do I know that page has loaded shoot
the click() at it. The ok is almost always highlighted by default, but should
that even matter?

Just for prudence sake, the "OK" box that pops up is produced by a
javascript in the page that shoots an alert.

Any ideas or examples would be greatly appreciated.
