ResourceManager ->Load Custom cursor

Hello,

I've got some trouble trying to use a custom cursor.
I'm trying to use ResourceManager to load the cursor from a whatever resX
file I choose to have it in.
It seems that the Cursor() constructor expects a Stream. What I get from
Resourcemanager.GetObject() is an Object.

Does anyone know how to convert the Object to a byte Stream so that I can
load the cursor?

Is there a better way to load a custom cursor?
